Yayasan Ummi Malaysia is a charitable foundation that was inspired by the late Tn. Hj. Ir. Nik Md Amin bin Nik Taib, affectionately known as Ayah Min. Established with the approval of the Registrar of Organizations on January 6, 2003, the foundation is committed to making a positive impact on society through its charitable endeavors.
